We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 14 days after date of receipt for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
Merchandise received after 14 days, but within 30 days, is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

No exchanges, refunds or store credits will be given on items that have been improperly handled or cared for.
We reserve the right to refuse any return based on the condition of the item.
Items may not have been washed, dry-cleaned or otherwise handled.
Discounted or sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credits.


Return Policy
Please send your unworn and undamaged returns in the original packaging, all tags attached.
Footwear must include the original shoebox, no shipping labels attached. Damage to or omission of shoeboxes from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
Please include the invoice in your package.


Exchange Policy
We take great care in assuring the quality of the products that we ship.
If your product arrives in damaged condition, please notify us at customercare@nosugar.us within 3 business days. We will promptly exchange the items that are damaged or missing.
In case an item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.


Shipping Policy
Initial shipping, handling and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.
Additionally, shipping charges will apply to all exchanges.
All return or exchange items must be returned unused and shipped in the original packaging.

How do I send my return or exchange?
1.Attached to the invoice in your package is an addressed return label.
2.Complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package.
3.Please pack and seal your return or exchange securely.

5.Please allow 5 business days for processing of the refund and/or exchange.
6.You will receive an email confirmation of the refund transaction to your credit card within 5 days.
7.If an exchange was requested, you will receive an email with a new tracking number.

In-Store Return & Exchange Policy
The above return policy applies only to orders placed through www.nosugar.us.
In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase.
In addition, any item that has been purchased at www.nosugar.us may be exchanged within 14 days at our store for another item of equal value or for a store credit.
